Gel dan pembersih bertekstur krim akan menyumbat mesh dan membuat pump macet. Karena itu keputusan memakai foam pump harus diambil bersamaan dengan pengembangan formulanya, bukan setelah formula final.
A foaming pump makes foam mechanically, not chemically: it mixes air with liquid as it passes through a mesh, so the foam is created at the moment of dispensing. That imposes one hard constraint most first-time buyers discover too late — the formula must be thin, close to water. A gel or a creamy cleanser will not foam through the mesh; it will clog it, and the pump will feel stiff or stop working entirely. So this is a packaging choice that constrains the formulation, and the two decisions have to be made together. Where it works, the payoff is real: consumers use less product per wash, and a foaming format reads as gentler and more premium than the same liquid in a plain pump.
