What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product type. Stock items start at 1,000-3,000 pcs, standard products at 5,000-10,000 pcs, and custom development typically requires 20,000+ pcs.
How long does it take to get samples?
For stock items, samples can be provided within 3-5 business days. For production samples, expect 7-14 days. Custom development samples take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.
What are your lead times for production orders?
Standard production orders take 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Lead times may vary during peak seasons.
Do you offer custom packaging development?
Yes, we have full R&D capabilities including custom mold development, rapid prototyping, and design consultation. We can develop completely custom packaging from concept to production.
What certifications do you have?
We are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certified. We also have Halal certification, and have been audited by SEDEX SMETA and Unilever URSA.
