A compact is judged on one motion: opening and closing it. That makes the hinge and the closure the parts that matter most, and the parts that fail first. A hinge with too much play feels cheap immediately, and a latch that loosens over a few hundred cycles will let the case open inside a handbag — which is the single most common complaint on compacts and the fastest route to a bad review. Beyond the mechanism, three choices define the pack: pan size, which must match your pressing supplier's tooling before anything else is decided; whether to include a mirror, which consumers expect on face products and which costs little relative to the value it adds; and whether to include a puff and the internal tray that holds it. - Yes. Procurement and R&D teams can request specification and sample review before the final production quantity is set. Share the application, size and project stage. Sample quantities, production batches and monthly forecasts are reviewed separately; sample terms are confirmed in the quotation.
- What information is needed for a quotation?
- Include your company or brand, product and application, size or capacity, material, matching closure/pump, decoration, quantity per SKU/batch and target date. Product references and QC documentation requirements help the team prepare a relevant review.
- How are MOQ and delivery dates confirmed?
