We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours during working days (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM WIB). For urgent matters, you can reach us directly by phone. Weekend inquiries will be addressed first thing Monday morning.
You can request samples through our contact form, email, or by calling our sales team. Specify the product types and quantities you're interested in. Stock item samples ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or decorated samples take 7-14 days.
To provide accurate pricing, please share: product type and size, estimated monthly/annual volume, decoration requirements (printing, finishing), delivery location, and any special requirements (certifications, documentation). The more detail you provide, the more accurate our quote.
Yes, we welcome on-site visits from prospective and existing customers. Please schedule your visit at least one week in advance through our contact form or by contacting your account manager. We can arrange facility tours, capability demonstrations, and meetings with our technical team.
