Pharmaceutical-Grade Plastic Bottles for Vitamins & Supplements

Dermapack vitamin supplement bottles are produced using pharmaceutical-grade HDPE and PET materials meeting FDA and USP standards for medicine and dietary supplement packaging. The vitamin and supplement industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly with an ever-increasing market value, and proper packaging is key to maintaining the potency, stability, and shelf life of your products.

The HDPE material we use for plastic vitamin bottles provides excellent moisture barrier -- a critical factor for tablets, capsules, and softgels sensitive to moisture. Excessive humidity can cause active ingredient degradation, tablet clumping, and microbial growth. Dermapack HDPE bottles with induction seals and desiccant caps provide optimal protection against these issues.

For supplement packaging requiring transparency such as gummy vitamins, softgels, and products emphasizing visual appeal, we provide crystal-clear PET bottles. Our PET bottles are also available in amber variants for light-sensitive products. All bottles come with child-resistant cap options per BPOM regulations and tamper-evident seals for consumer safety.

FAQ — Vitamin & Supplement Bottles

What material is best for vitamin and supplement bottles?

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is the most popular material for vitamin and supplement bottles due to its excellent moisture barrier properties, high chemical resistance, and opaque nature that protects products from light degradation. PET is also used for products requiring transparency such as gummy vitamins or softgels. Both materials meet FDA and USP standards for pharmaceutical packaging.

Are Dermapack vitamin bottles compatible with desiccants?

Yes, Dermapack vitamin and supplement bottles are designed to be compatible with various desiccant types including silica gel canisters, molecular sieves, and cotton fillers. We provide bottles with standard neck finishes suitable for desiccant caps (caps with built-in desiccant compartments) as well as separate desiccant canisters placed inside the bottle.

What types of child-resistant caps are available for supplement bottles?

Dermapack provides several types of child-resistant caps (CRC) for vitamin and supplement bottles: push-and-turn caps (most common), squeeze-and-turn caps, and push-down-and-turn caps. All our CRCs are tested per CPSC 16 CFR 1700 standards and meet BPOM requirements for medicine and dietary supplement packaging in Indonesia.

What is the MOQ and lead time for custom vitamin bottles?

The MOQ for vitamin bottles with standard molds starts from 10,000 pcs per size. Custom molds require a higher MOQ with mold investment. Standard production lead time is 3-4 weeks after approval. We also provide screen printing, label application, and counting/filling integration services to accelerate your supplement production process.
