Production Process at Our Plastic Bottle Factory

Every plastic bottle we deliver goes through a multi-stage process to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Raw material inspection happens at receiving — we only use virgin food-grade/cosmetic-grade material from approved suppliers (unless PCR recycled is specifically requested). In-process monitoring happens hourly, checking dimensions, wall thickness, and color consistency. Final QC includes 1.2m drop test, leak testing with standard liquids, and 100% visual inspection for premium items. All QC data is retained per batch for traceability — CoA documents and lot tracking are available for every shipment.
