Are PET bottles safe for pharmaceutical packaging?
Yes, our food-grade and cosmetic-grade PET is safe for certain pharmaceutical packaging — especially OTC liquids, supplement syrups, and herbal products. For injectable or parenteral use, glass bottles are mandatory. For solid oral tablets/capsules, HDPE is more common. Our technical team helps you choose the right material for your formula.
What size range is available for PET bottles?
Our production range is 15 ml to 1,000 ml. For sizes outside this range, we can create custom molds with MOQ 30,000+ pcs.

Two options: (1) PET with material-level coloring — limited palette (clear, amber, blue, green, frosted white) at standard MOQ 10,000 pcs, (2) spray coating over clear bottles — unlimited color palette, MOQ 10,000 pcs, options for matte/glossy/metallic/soft-touch finish. Color consistency guaranteed with Pantone matching in our R&D lab.

Yes, 100% of the PET material we use is virgin food-grade and cosmetic-grade from approved suppliers (Indorama, Alpek, SABIC). Passed BPOM RI migration testing and holds Halal MUI certification. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) available for each production batch.
Is there a post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET option for sustainable brands?
Yes, we provide PCR-PET (recycled PET from post-consumer bottles) for sustainability-focused brands. PCR blend ratio can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% depending on preference. PCR-PET MOQ is slightly higher (20,000 pcs) due to more complex sourcing. Ideal for brands with ESG commitments or B Corp certification targets.
How can PET bottles be custom-finished?
We offer complete in-house finishing: (1) hot stamping for gold/silver logos, (2) silkscreen printing 1-6 colors for graphic designs, (3) spray coating for unlimited colors or soft-touch, (4) metalizing for premium metallic effect, (5) frosting for translucent matte, (6) embossing/debossing for raised logos. For our stock design items (no custom mold): sampling 7-14 days, bulk production 3-4 weeks after PO.
