Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of PT Derma Kemas Tejahakara ("Dermapack", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Dermapack provides cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging solutions including but not limited to: packaging design consultation, product manufacturing, customization services, and related technical support. All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
Orders and Quotations
When placing orders or requesting quotations:
- Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified and are subject to change based on order volume and specifications.
- Minimum Order Quantities: Products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as specified in our catalog or quotations.
- Custom Orders: Custom and private label orders require upfront tooling costs and are non-refundable once production begins.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and purchase agreements.
Product Specifications
Product images and specifications on our website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, dimensions, or appearance. For critical applications, we recommend requesting physical samples before placing production orders.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to maintaining high quality standards:
- Our facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified
- Products undergo quality control inspection before shipment
- We provide certificates of analysis (COA) upon request
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded according to our warranty policy
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PT Derma Kemas Tejahakara and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom designs and tooling created for clients remain the property of the respective clients.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dermapack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or products.
Warranty Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as explicitly stated in individual purchase agreements.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
